This is the product most people are actually buying and the one where the corners get cut hardest. There are two ways to put a logo on an enamel mug, and they look identical in a listing photograph.

The right way is enamel ink, screen printed or applied as a fired decal, and then put back through the kiln so it vitrifies into the surface. The mark becomes glass. It will outlast the mug and it is unaffected by a commercial dishwasher.

The cheap way is a low-temperature print or a lacquer sitting on top of the fired enamel. It survives a photoshoot and a domestic sink. In a cafe running its mugs through a hot commercial cycle twice a day it goes patchy within months, and by then the order is long delivered.
